Organic brazil nuts are rich in healthy fats, vitamins and nutrients such as magnesium, calcium and iron. Brazil nuts are great as a snack, our ground up to use in raw cakes or sprinkled on your breakfast fruit bowl.
Sesame seeds are small seeds with a pleasant, mild nutty flavour. They are a good source of Calcium and Iron. These seeds can be ground down into a paste called 'Tahini' which is one of the main ingredients in authentic houmous.
