About this food intolerance test

This test analyses 44 foods. In addition to the typically most common vegetables meat, fruits, cereals, dairy products and eggs, their alternatives and region-specific foods are also tested. It is a purely diagnostic examination and does not include any dietary recommendations.

General Information

A specialised laboratory performs a reliable diagnostic test ( ELISA)  to measure IgG antibody to 180 foods in your blood. Based on the results of the antibody titre, the foodstuffs are then categorized into three categories:

  • Elevated levels

How Long is the Test Turnaround?

Once You Take your test and send your sample off to the lab we advise that you wait between 5 to 7 working days before you should receive your results, the results will be emailed to you.


What Do I Do After I Receive My Results?

Your results will explain to you if you have a problem with any of the 44 common foods, if you have we advise that you remove these foods from your diet for between 2- 3 months, then slowly re-introduce these foods, If you have any foods which are borderline you should be aware of eating these foods.
After the 2-3 months you can reintroduce the foods one by one but If your symptoms return when a particular food is re-introduced, the food should again be removed from the diet.
It is important that for any food you take out of your diet, you swap it with a suitable alternatives so as not to lose out on essential nutrients for the body. We’re here to help for foods, advise and much more.

The food intolerance results are fast and take between 5 to 7 working days after receipt of the sample at the lab to be uploaded to your personal secure account area.  From here you can download the results yourself. An email and SMS will be sent to you once the results have been uploaded.  Your account area is accessible at any time and results can be directly printed from there.
